Gary Kasl is a formally trained photographer based in San Diego, California. He specializes in architectural photography, but got his start with portraits and event photography. His diversity has helped him excel in other genres, such as products, food and lifestyle photography. He’s won numerous local awards and most notably, won the PFRE Photographer of the Month Contest 4 times and counting.

Gary is most well known for shooting mega mansions and ultra luxury homes. He also has a great understanding of how to stay relevant in a competitive market by working fast and efficiently while keeping the high quality consistent.

Recently, he’s turned to helping other photographers gain a better understanding of the craft by doing one on one coaching and hosting workshops. He also created the “Run N’ Gun Workflow” tutorial for real estate photography, which has helped hundreds of photographers improve their quality while also making them faster and more efficient.

When Gary’s not working, he’s probably at a brewery or a new restaurant with his wife, Mary. They’re big foodies and they love craft cocktails & beer. They also have a french bulldog named Hairy Larry (yes, that’s right, Gary, Mary & Hairy Larry)
