Gary Kasl is an architectural and design photographer based in San Diego, California. With a strong background in capturing ultra-luxury homes and high-end residential spaces, Gary’s work is known for its precision, artistic light play, and attention to detail. He has photographed some of the most iconic homes, including the Razor House and Crescent House by Wallace Cunningham, as well as the late Steve Chase’s renowned house in Palm Springs.
Gary’s portfolio also includes hospitality photography, working with boutique hotels, restaurants, and luxury vacation rentals to showcase their unique atmosphere. His images highlight the beauty of the spaces while driving engagement and interest for his clients’ marketing efforts.
In addition to photography, Gary offers one-on-one coaching and mentoring to help other photographers enhance their craft. His workshops and the “Run N’ Gun Workflow” tutorial have improved efficiency and quality for hundreds of photographers.
When he’s not behind the camera, Gary enjoys staying active—playing golf, softball, hiking, and biking. He also loves cooking, BBQing, and entertaining friends and family. You might find him exploring local speakeasies or spending time at home with his wife, Mary, and their three French Bulldogs.
